Let us say Trade Amount is 50000
Buy X Stock @ 500 and Sell @ 505

Total Turnover (50x6000)+(50x6020) = 601000

Total Turnover (100x500)+(100x505) = 100500

1. Brokerage = 601000 x 0.01/100 = 60.1
2. Transaction Charge = 601000 x 0.00325/100 = 19.53
3. Stamp Duty = 601000 x 0.002/100 = 12.02
4. STT = 301000 x 0.017/100 = 51.17
5. Service Tax = 60.1 x 12.56/100 = 7.55

1. Brokerage = 100500 x 0.01/100 = 10.05
2. Transaction Charge = 100500 x 0.00325/100 = 3.27
3. Stamp Duty = 100500 x 0.002/100 = 2.01
4. STT = 50500.00 x 0.025/100 = 12.63
5. Service Tax = 10.05 x 12.56/100 = 1.26

Total = 60.1+19.53+12.02+51.17+7.55 = 150.37

Total = 10.05+3.27+2.01+12.63+1.26 = 29.22
